2024 Placement Highlights

This year saw 92% placements with 18 companies, including 6 international offers from Singapore and UAE. CSE leads with an average package of ₹8.5 LPA, while ECE’s top offer hit ₹12 LPA at a semiconductor giant. Notably, 60% of placed students were women from rural backgrounds, reflecting our outreach efforts. The placement cell conducted 120+ mock interviews to achieve these results.

Alumni Diaries: Life at Microsoft

Riya S. (CSE ’22), now a Cloud Solutions Architect, credits her success to campus initiatives: “The 6-month Azure certification program with Microsoft Learn, organized by our T&P cell, gave me a competitive edge.” She returns quarterly to mentor current students, recently guiding a team developing AI-based agricultural drones for their final-year project.

How We Prepare Students for Interviews

Phase 1 (Year 2): Technical bootcamps with LeetCode practice and domain-specific quizzes. Phase 2 (Year 3): HR simulations using VR setups to practice body language and stress interviews. Phase 3 (Final Year): 1:1 mentor matching with industry professionals. Last year, 70 students earned certifications from AWS and Cisco through these programs.

Upcoming Recruitment Drives

Next semester brings 15+ recruiters including TechMahindra (hiring for their Cybersecurity division) and a Japanese robotics firm seeking multilingual candidates. Preparation workshops begin August 15th, covering company-specific technical rounds and cultural training for international roles. The T&P cell provides subsidized GMAT/GRE coaching for higher education aspirants too.
