The Sri Harshini College HR Policy Book will serve as the foundational guide for our faculty and staff, outlining institutional standards and employee benefits. Currently under development, this comprehensive document will cover:

• Workplace Ethics: Code of conduct, grievance redressal, and anti-discrimination
• Employee Benefits: Leave policies, healthcare, and welfare schemes
